Error message

Im trying to simply open up a LR file in PS for a few simple edits but get the error message I have attached. Im new to Photoshop so Im a little green but dont think this is a PS issue but not sure.

Can you open the file in Lightroom?

Can you upload the file so we can test it in Photoshop. What version of Photoshop and which OS version. Do you open jpeg via ACR?
