error photoshop

Guys, I have this problem with the image in photoshop with the whatsapp image, downloading it and when I put it in photoshop, it looks like this.

I don't know what I can do, does anyone have an idea?

Not a bug.

You are placing the image, you need to press either the check/tick icon in the upper toolbar far right side to commit the place (or press the return/enter key on the keyboard), or press the cancel icon (or press the esc key on the keyboard to cancel).
