Error qhile using content aware fill

As per the title, I am getting this error more times than I would like.
I was getting iot before, just updated PS and still getting it.

It is a panorama of 4 photos, but the main files are low resolution (12mpx), and I am only trying to add a bit to a simple blue sky.
Harware wise there should not be an issue, Ryzen 5 3600 + 32gb of ram and nvme SSD.

Does the error come up consistiently or on occasion?
