Error: “There was a problem cropping your profile photo.””

I am having the same issues. I can upload and set the crop marks but then when I click save I get “There was a problem cropping your profile photo.”

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?
