@brody_8822 have you tried logging out of Creative Cloud desktop and adobe.com; the cleared your history, cache and cookies of your web browser. Restart your computer. And then after the computer is back on, log back to into Creative Cloud desktop and adobe.com and see if that solves the issues. 

If it still have issues, it likely might be your Peferences. And I would reset the Peferences, and in severe cases, remove the Photoshop Peferences from the computer; and restart Photoshop, as it will cr
