Errores en Photoshop

Hago un archivo nuevo tamaño A4.
Hago otro archivo tamaño A3. Con la herramienta degradado lo cubro. Lo transporto con el botón derecho del ratón al primer archivo (que el programa le ha puesto Sin título-1)
Con la tecla Shift lo centro y doy a Control T para ubicarlo en el fondo. Cuando quiero aceptar la transformación aparece un menú que me advierte de Valor numérico no válido. Le doy a OK y tengo que repetir innumerables veces para que desaparezca. Pero cuando trato de nuevo de darle a OK o de anular la transformación aparece de nuevo la advertencia.
No hay posibilidad de hacer nada más en el programa pero la única manera de terminarlo es con Control Alt Supr.

Pasa lo mismo cuando intento usar el filtro Otro - Paso alto
Cuando intento definir el radio aparece esta advertencia y tengo que clicar gran cantidad de veces antes que desaparezca y todo quede igual.
Cuando doy a Cancelar pasa exactamente lo mismo, tengo que clicar gran cantidad de veces antes que esta vez si desaparezca el Menú de Paso alto.

That isn't a problem I can replicate, but I am not on your machine. Have you tried resetting preferences or re-installing?

Hi @elenam86996486, we are not seeing this issue here. It is possible that your prefernces have become corrupt as @michelew83603738 mentions. 

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere: 

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

If it does solve the problem, I would like to get the folder of settings to try and figure out what is bad with them.

Hola de nuevo.
He seguido las instrucciones de CoryShubert - Gracias - y he restaurado
las preferencias.
Como seguía sin arreglarse la situación, he desinstalado Photoshop sin
conservar ninguna preferencia y lo he vuelto a instalar a través de
Adobe Creative Cloud.
Pero sigo teniendo el mismo problema:
He creado un documento nuevo formato A4, Photoshop ahora lo crea con el
siguiente nombre: Sin título-1.
He hecho una nueva capa y creé una forma rectangular con degrado.
He transformado esta forma, usando Ctrl + T, disminuyendo su tamaño.
Cuando hago clic para confirmar los cambios aparece de nuevo esa pequeña
ventana con el siguiente menú:

Valor numérico no válido. Se necesita un número
entre -180 00 y 180 00. Se ha insertado el valor
anterior.

Y la única manera de salir de esta situación es terminando el programa
con el Administrador de tareas de Windows - Control Alt Supr.

Hello again.
I followed CoryShubert's instructions - Thank you - and restored the
preferences.
As it still didn't fix the situation, I uninstalled Photoshop without
retaining any preferences and reinstalled it via Adobe Creative Cloud.
But I still have the same problem:
I created a new A4 format document, Photoshop now creates it with the
following name: Sin tÃtulo-1.
I made a new layer and created a rectangular shape with gradient.
I have transformed this shape, using Ctrl + T, decreasing its size.
When I click to confirm the changes that small window appears again with
the following menu:

Invalid numeric value. You need a number
between -180 00 and 180 00. The previous value has been inserted.
value has been inserted.
And despite clicking OK many, many times, it messes up everything.
And the only way to get out of this situation is to terminate the
program with Windows Task Manager - Control Alt Delete.

Thank you @elenam86996486 for the video link. Curious, is this the only time/use case that this happens? Are other tools effected the same way, can you do anything without seeing this error with other tools?  Trying to find some way the team can test to see if they can reproduce.

Utilizo también capas de relleno, especialmente Curvas... Filtros de
fotografía... Tono/Saturación... Color uniforme... Degradado...
Utilizo mucho el modo Máscara rápida.
