Erros na última atualização do Photoshop?

Atualizei hoje o Photoshop para versão 25.9.1 e as barras laterais de ferramentas desapareceram. Os controles sobre camadas, equilíbrio de cores, entre outros, que ficavam na lateral direita sumiram. E também os comandos da lateral esquerda (laço, seleção, mover, bandaid, desfoque, .......) todos sumiram.

 

Tentei diversas formas de configuração mas não consegui retornar essas barras de comando. Só aparece agora, uma barra sobre bibliotecas.

 

Isso é um erro da atualização? Será corrigido? Ou esses comandos ficaram ocultos e ainda não descobri onde estão? Como faço para voltar à versão anterior do Photosho? Alguém poderia me ajudar?

 

Anexei um print de como o programa está aparecendo para mim.

já fiz isso. Desinstalei o PhotoShop. Instalei a versão anterior. Mas o problema persiste.
