Ever since the 23.4.1 my PS is freezing

Ever since the update yesterday, PS has frozen on me a dozen times.  It's never the same action that causes it.  Could be as easy as trying to open a saved file, or dragging an item.  I never had it freeze or crash before this update.  I'd like to revert back please.  I'm losing a lot of time.

current version is no stable in ournteam experience.

if you dont need latest version, install previous or much older version.(such as 23.3 or version2020..)
