Everytime I tried to unlock a layer with jpg or jpeg format this always happen

this always happen everytime i tried to unlock a layer with jpg or jpeg format, the background always overlap with the home interface and if tried to move the layer to another tab this happen

please help me to fix it

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
