Export artboards to PDF file - Large file CC22

Hi everyone,

I have this PSB of 20 artboards of A4, 300DPI. and I'm trying to save to PDF and send it via the internet in a small and high quality size file.

The artboards consist with images, text, smart objects.

Any help would be great for that matter.

There is a tricky or a different way to save it?
