export as canvas resize bug

After updating to v23.3.1, If the image size and canvas size are different when exporting as, "the artboard is empty" warning will be displayed and resizing will not be performed.

We're sorry to hear you're having the issue.  Can you please share the psd and your Help -> System Info?  That will greatly help investigate the issue.
