Export As window taking significantly more time to load than before + Artboards loading twice

I can't quite pinpoint exactly when this issue started, but for a few weeks now it takes a good minute to load the "Export as" window. I am usually working with multiple artboards. I have never had this issue before and it used to load super quickly unless I'm working with 20+ artboards. 

BONUS BUG: And if you select it twice before it loads, then it loads the artboards twice (e.g. in the list on the left it goes Artboards 1-10 and then again Artboards 1-10) and "Select all" ceases to work. (screenshot)

Hi @carolinefell,

Thanks for reporting this! A few quick questions to help us narrow this down:

• Does this happen with all files or only specific documents/artboards?

• Where are the files saved (local drive, external drive, network, cloud)?

• Rough size of the file / number of artboards?

• Does the delay happen every time or only after Photoshop has been running for a while?

Also, could you try installing the latest release Photoshop 27.0 and let us know if the “Export As” window loads faster there? This will help us check if it’s already addressed in the newer build.
