Export at 3x scaling is broken in 25.9 & 25.9.1

I had to roll back to 25.7 because export scaling at 3x looks horrendous in 25.9 and 25.9.1. I hope this issue is addressed in the next version.

At 3X your image has 3 time less pixels, so there is a necessary upsampling. Maybe the settings are not taking it in count…

Responding to this as it is still not fixed in Photoshop 26.2. Vector layers exported at 3x look like crap. Please fix this.
