@Nikolett298768217fr3 try manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset

Something I have tried in the past is to log in as another user or guest user on the computer if that is an option for you. There have been times when I get weird issues and by logging in as another user I notice the errors do not exist. But if this does work, then usually the next step is to migrate to the new user account on the computer.

Hey, @Nikolett298768217fr3. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Great suggestion from @Ged_Traynor & @Ben M.
Please share details if this happens with a specific document. If yes, share the sample PSD and the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > upload and attach here.
For a temporary workaround, go to Photoshop > Settings > Export > Use legacy 'Export as' & restart Photoshop. Also, have you tried using Photoshop (beta)? Go to Creative Cloud > Apps section > Beta Apps tab.
Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
