Export preferences as well as presets?

Hi, I searched but can't find an answer

Is there a way to export Photoshop Settings (preferences) as well as presets?

I often have to work on a new machine and currently have to change preferences every time. I'm on a mac

There is no way to export but you can get them manually if you have admin access to the system directory on the Mac:

You'd have to copy the folders out and replace when you go on a new Mac.

Presets are handled differently - the key is you need to do an initial save on everything to create the files to transfer:
