Export shortcut key is not working in Photoshop

Hello team, Shortcut key: Shift+Option+Command+S for Save for Web (Legacy) is not working in my photoshot. Can any one please help me on this.

Can you tell us the version of Photoshop and macOS? Does this happen with all the files you try to save to the Web?
