Export window blank in PHOTOSHOP on Windows 10

When im exporting the file, this black screen apear and its bug. I already reinstall the ps but its not working, maybe is a configuration or something wrong with my computer but i dont know why.

Anyone can help me with this?

Did you start experiencing this issue after the latest Photoshop update? Please ensure you have all available Windows updates installed on the computer.

yes I tried, the ps is the last version. The version is for windows, I dont known anything else beside that.
