Exporting image from Photoshop to Lightroom

Im using Photoshop version 23.2.1 on a Mac OS Monterey 12.1 and whenever I finish editing a photo in photoshop and want to return it to Lightroom (Command + S), it shows me "Error 24: photoshop.notifyLightroomDocSaved is not a function".

I have been using this command for years with no Error or bug. I use this command (command + s) to save changes i have made in photoshop and the edited version of the image is returned to Lightroom.  

This bug  has been happening for like 5 days now.

Need help resolving this issue.

Also having the same issue, i get an error 24 most times I save in photoshop, I am usually saving to my desktop and not lightroom, but I do export the files from lightroom by using load files into stack.

photoshop.notifyLightroomDocSaved is not a function.

Anyone know what it could be?
