Exporting MP4 from Photoshop 'Image Timeline'

Hello,

Using the latest version of Photoshop.

Please see image attached. Used to just say somthing like 'Render as video'. Now I get this and video option is greyed out?

Any ideas?

You are in framed based animation ie GIF. Convert to a video timeline to render as video.
