Eyedropper disappears after 1 second of pressing option key

 Hello 

 Im using brush tool and pressing option key to switch it to eye dropper but it dissappears 1 second after pressing option key and doesnt take sample color. My photoshop has full access to my disc and screen recording. .I tried to reset computer, tried on a new document, searched on other topics but i cant find solution.

Hi @Egozalan go to Settings>Tools and disable "Spring Loaded Tool Shortcuts".

each time i restart my computer it gets solved but a few minutes later it occurs again
