Face Fixed

Hi I was wondering if there's a way to fix face when they take bad pictures like serious face, they looked another way from camera lens etc.  I was planning getting an app but since I'm a user, maybe there's a way to do it on photoshop.  Is it possible?  It's like this...

Can you tell us what app was able to do this?

It's a pretty big ask of an app to imagine a 3D scan of an angled face, and decide what it would look like from a different angle.  Recent Ai apps are doing amazing things, so I guess it could possible.  Not with Photoshop at this time unfortunately, but you can mix and match parts from different photographs.  That's being doable for a very long time, but is getting ever easier, and with more convincing results.

Yes, possible in Photoshop- Filters > Neural Filters > Smart Portrait.   Eye Direction and Happiness.

And Filters > Neural Filters > Skin Smoothing, or some manual brush work.
