Field Blur Buttons Not Working

Hi. 

I've used Field Blur many times in the past.

Now, I can no longer access the controls on the buttons. I can select them, and move them, but the outter ring is not available.

It's 100% blur or nothing.

Anyone else having this problem?

Try Cmd+H or View menu > Show Extras.

(The "extras" are listed individually in View menu > Show)
