I just updated Photoshop to the 2022 version and every time I try to save a client's file it is taking the first letter I type then inserting .psd and then the rest of the filename I type. So if I'm saving a file that I intend to say "MachineCo4th2021.psd" it will turn out as "M.psdachineCo4th2021" which is destroying my work flow and greatly eating time to fix. Needless to say, I'm far from happy! How can I fix this?

PS Version: 23.0.1

OS: macOS 12.0.1

Basic steps to reproduce problem: See above. Just try to type a filename during saving.

Expected result and actual result: See above.
