Filling a space with paintbrush tool without holding down the mouse key

Is there a way to fill in a space with paintbrush tool where I do NOT have to hold down my left mouse key?  For example is there a "hot key" or something I can do that will enable me to paint just by moving the mouse and not moving and also holding dowm the left mouse key? 

P.S.  I'm not looking to fill an entire space like with the paint bucket, it needs to be precise.

Not that I'm aware of. I would use a tablet, if that's what you want to do.
