filter-lighting effects error

필터에서 라이팅이펙트를 실행하면 spot라이팅에서 라이팅조절 원이 형성이 안되고 전혀 콘트롤이 되지 않네요. 강의실에 설치된 다른 컴에 있는 포토샵에서도 동일한 증상이 나오고 있어서 시급하게 

조정해야 할 것 같네요 답변부탁드립니다.
