Filters -> 3D not working even though GPU is compatible

When I try to access any of the filters under "Filters" -> "3D", I get the error "The 3D features require that 'Use Graphics Processor' is enabled in the Performance preferences. Your video card must meet the minimum requirements and you may need to check that your driver is working correctly."

I have confirmed in Help -> GPU Compatibility that my GPU is compatible (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti).

Pass: OpenGL available
Pass: DirectX available
Pass: DirectX feature level 12.1 available, feature level 12.0 required
Pass: Above required VRAM (12086 MB of 1500 MB required)
GPU Detected: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti (NVIDIA)

I have also checked the following based on other articles I have read:

1. My Photoshop is up to date
2. My Windows 10 is up to date
3. My NVIDIA GPU driver is up to date
4. I have disabled "Use OpenCL" in Preferences -> Performance -> Advanced Settings
5. I have set Cache Levels to 4 in Preferences -> Performance
6. I have confirmed that I have no "integrated graphics card" and that my Windows 10 OS is only configured to use the NVIDIA GeForce 3080 Ti

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Yes Adobe is in the process of removing 3D and related functions from Photoshop.

That means that nothing 3D or related will work right in newer Photoshop versions.

If you want fully working 3D in photoshop then you can install photoshop 2021 (ps ver 22.2) from the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application.

...and the reason it's removed, is that it used the old OpenGL framework which is no longer supported by either Microsoft or Apple. Photoshop's entire GPU code is now being migrated to DirectX/Metal, but for 3D it wasn't considered worth it because they now have much better dedicated 3D apps.

Yeah, I saw a few articles about 3D workspace being removed from Photoshop, but I thought at least the 3D filters would still work. It's unfortunate since I don't use 3D enough to dish out an extra $50/month on top of Creative Cloud. I just need to occasionally tweak the aspect of some 2D images.
