Filtre fluidité ne s'ouvre pas

Since the last photoshop update, the filter fluidity doesn't work, and refuses to open.

Any Idea or suggestions to repair it?

No it doesn't work. The fluidity filter couldn't be executed. This IS the error message. I update the graphic card driver without success.
