Filtro "FLUIDIFICA" non si avvia

Salve, ormai da tempo ho un problema con il filtro "FLUIDIFICA" che non si avvia!

Ho provato ad aggiornare Photoshop all'ultima versione 25.5.1. Per i primi giorni funziona, ma dopo qualche utilizzo non si avvia ritornando il messaggio d'errore in allegato.

Ho provato anche a disinstallare e reinstallare Photoshop e il problema non si risolve.

Ho provato ad aggiornare i driver della scheda video ma l'errore si ripresenta lo stesso.

Avendo pagato un abbonamento al software ritengo sia grave non riuscire a trovare una soluzione, anche perchè lo strumento mi è indispensabile per lavoro.

Chiedo un vostro consiglio su cosa fare oppure il modo per contattare direttamente gli sviluppatori e fare un reclamo.

Hi, for some time now I've had a problem with the "LIQUIDIFY" filter that doesn't start!
I tried updating Photoshop to the latest version 25.5.1. For the first few days it works, but after a few uses it doesn't start, returning the attached error message.
I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop and the problem doesn't resolve itself.
I tried updating the video card drivers but the error still occurs.
Having paid for a subscription to the software, I believe it is serious not to be able to find a solution, also because the tool is indispensable to me for work.
I ask for your advice on what to do or how to contact the developers directly and make a complaint.

Updates on the problem!!!
When I use the Liquify filter:

• if I deactivate "use graphics processor" (in the menu->preferences->performance) it works correctly, but the specific Liquify based on face function is not activated.
• however, if the use of the graphics processor is active, the Liquify filter does not start, returning the same error "unable to complete the Liquify command".

The video card I use is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti with updated drivers.

Aggiornamenti sul problema!!!

Quando utilizzo il filtro Fluidifica:

• se disattivo "usa processore grafico" (nel menu->preferenze->prestazioni) funziona correttamente, però non si attiva la funzione specifica Fluidifica in base al volto.
• se invece attivo l'uso del processore grafico non si avvia più il filtro Fluidifica ritornarndo lo stesso errore "impossibile completare il comando Fluidifica".
•  

La scheda video che utilizzo è NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti con driver aggiornati.

@giovanni_1966 you only have ~36 GB available scratch disk space. I would free up HD space to at least 100 GB and try running Liquify again to see if it completes. You could be running out of disk space before it can initialize depending on the size of the image.
