fixing an incompatible gpu for photoshop 2022

Hello,

I am having major issues with my photoshop, I have the latest version and some of the tools are super buggy.

For example, if I try to use the transforming tool, once I approve the transformation, the bounding box will just stay there frozen. 

Same thing happens with my spot healing brush, I use it and the black mark just stays there without showing me the correction made from the tool.

I found out that the issue could be the fact that my photoshop is incompatible with the GPU I have, but I have no idea how to even correct that problem, can someone please help?
