Fluidifica Photoshop

Buongiorno, ho un problema molte foto non mantengono le modifiche fatte con il fluidifica.

Dopo aver modificato la foto con il fluidifica e aver salvato la foto al momento di tornare in photoshop la foto risulta come l'originale e non modificata.
