All of my files appear as normal when on the photoshop welcome screen but when I select one and open it the whole screen is bright green and I cannot click or move beneath this. Any suggestions gratefully received. I have tried shutting down and restarting. I have tried opening various files and its the same with all.

Hi

What exact version of Photoshop so you have, if it's the most recent version try enabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps

Hi Ged

Thank you for your reply. It is the latest version of Photoshop, I have a subscription. What should I enable in preferences, could you please clarify?

Thanks again.
