Font filtering is not working

It is very hard to find fonts due to this issue . I am unable to use font filter as it shows no match found when i set it to and kind of font like sans, serifs ,etc. Does anyone have solution for this issue . i have cleared font cache , reinstalled photshop , reset preferences .

I've tried to recreate your problem on my end, but it seems to be working.

I think you've covered all of the obvious bases.

Did you try clicking the Clear All button on the right?

There may be some legacy filter Ps is holding onto.

If that does not work, please try this.

1. Quit Ps.

2. Navigate toC:\Users\(Your User ID)\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (version)\

3. Delete the CT Font Cache and Font Feature Cache folders.

4. Relaunch PS and it will rebuild the font caches.

This is working on my end as well.

Try switching back to All Classes and then clicking each of the buttons at the top on and then off to see how things change. Maybe something is stuck in a weird state be we can't see it.

Also, check the More Fonts section. It has additional filters on the left column, do these work?
