We have been working on a document using the font Providence Sans Pro. All was working as expected for the last few days, but when we tried to work on the file today, there are "!" icons on the font layers and we're getting a ""Could not complete your request because of a program error" message and we cannot edit the text. I have verified that the font is still active. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @trickyblain3 Have you been able to sort this out yet? Is this font installed on your local computer, or are you activating it from Adobe fonts? I only see this one: FF Providence Sans | Adobe Fonts. If that is the font you are using and getting an error with, try toggling the activate button off and on again to see if that clears out the error. Also, try logging out and back into your Creative Cloud account. Can you use this font successfully in other documents and programs? Let us know how it goes!
