Fonts messed up since update v25.11
Large fonts above 200pt begin to have a large, fuzzy, blobby stroke around them. I have updated photoshop and my mac. This began after the Adobe update. Please note, this not an actual real stroke. Strokes are turned off. I have used many different fonts, and they all do the same thing.
Other issues: Quick Mask keeps activating on new files. Fonts are leaving artifacts on the screen.
Photoshop V25.11
Mac mini M1 2020 8 GB
OS Sonoma 14.6.1 (23G93)
Faux Bold was somehow turned on, causing the rendering errors. Once that turned off, it fixed the issue.

Hi @MightyMoria, I'm thinking that some problems are related to your mini M1 with only 8 GB of memory. Does your GPU compatibility give you green lights? (Help > GPU Compatibility…) Are you running a lot of third-party plugins? Have you tried changing Technology Previews and Performance settings in Preferences?

I appreciate the response, but it sounds like you come from the PC side of things. 'Only' 8gb of memory is--I assure you--more than enough to run Youtube, Photoshop and Illustrator at the same time without remotely taxing the memory pressure of my system.

There's more going on here. All fonts are being rendered incorrectly since the update. The edges of the fonts are being clipped. (see attached) This is not part of the font, the angles should not be beveled like this.
GPU compability is fine (see attached) and memory pressure is green.
