The title says everything, why is adobe so backwards greedy. I dont want to wait for the 12th month to cancel my subscription, we have a 1 year deal and i want to pay for 1 year only! I don't want to pay for an early cancellation fee, which is the worst system, i've ever seen.
Just let me disable auto-renewal, how hard can it be?!
Unless you post a Bug Report or Feature Request there is no guarantee the message will be perused by any Adobe employees … not that they would be able to respond to such a post, I guess.
Personally I am not sure whether auto-renewal is really impossible to disable but fellow Photoshop users cannot really help you with billing issues anyway, so you can try to contact customer care
