force Quit after saving TIFF

After the new update of PS22 the issue of opening a TIFF is fixed but the next problem arises.
Files can't be saved in TIFF. When I edit them and resave them (with extra layers) Photoshop freezes on the save. Somethings changed with the whole TIFF stuff.
Started resaving them in PSD. But hope it can be fixed.

Can you post a TIFF file that freezes when you try to open and save it?
