Free action KNITTED ACTION not working in language other than English

This Free Action: "KNITTED ACTION" does not work in any language other than the English language.

I found it in CREATIVE CLOUD > DESIGN AND LAYOUT • FREE ASSETS at this url:

Descripton of the free action: KNITTED ACTION: This action is by Pixelbuddha, a design studio from Volgograd, Russia.

Just wondering if something can be done to make it work with any language.

Hello, usually, the issue is that when the action was created, the layers were targeted via the layers panel, therefore recording their name, instead of using the next/ previous layer shortcuts (the ALT+[ or ALT+]  shortcuts)

If the error is along the lines that background or layer 1 cannot be selected, 

You could duplicate the action, double-click the problematic steps and target the layers via the shorcuts.

Another solution: change the install language of your CC application, reinstall Ps in English, in Ps preferences/interface, change the language to English, restart, in order to  use the action...
