Free transform, and resize not working on Photoshop 2021

Hi, i hope someone can help me out with Free transform, nor resize not working on Photopshop 2021. I've already tried all similar discussions here with solutions like, deactivating/reactivating of Quick mask, using legacy transform in Preferences, and checking the option 'Show transform controls' under Move tool, but none worked for me. I'm really desperate right now, and also frustrated as this was working just fine couple of weeks back. Hoping someone can help. 😞 Thank you!

Boyond that, try the cure-all: If you restore your preferences using this manual method does it work correctly?

Can you provide more information about your Software, Hardware and Platform.  You seem to be the second users with this issue. Being Photoshop 23.0.2 is a couple  of weeks  you and the other user may have similar  environment.  Is the anything usual you have installed on you machine. Have you reset your Photoshop Preferences? The other user was using an older version of Photoshop. It is highly unlikely that Adobe would release an update where Resize and Transform would be broken Basic function normally are quite solid in updates.

Same issue. Out of nowhere the transform tool won't commit to changes. Seriously not good.

You are running Photoshop 24.1.1 on Windows right? On my side everything works fine. Can you describe your issue? Have you tried some troubleshooting like preference reset https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html
