Sorry, I misread your post, there's no setting for OpenGL, you can check for GPU compatibility in Photoshop version 2022 from the help menu

The whole question will be moot pretty soon. Photoshop's entire GPU code is currently rewritten for DirectX/Metal, since OpenGL is no longer supported or developed in Windows or MacOS.

 

There are probably still a few functions that run in OpenGL, but they are getting fewer with every PS update.
