Generate fill

I have Photoshop 2024 25.7.0 and I can't delete any selection with generate fill  it always propose me others items similar to the one I want to delete. I have re installed it twice, try with different photographs, restart my computer (MacbookPro  MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1 ) anyting works…

Can you help me please
