The main document about Adobe add on generative credits mentions add on credit packages you can buy to add to your subscription. I can't find these add on packages for generative credits anywhere in my account or products. Does anyone know where you do this? Thanks!

That's the page I'm talking about that I read. The pertinent part is listed below. I've bolded the part where it says you can buy these add on plans, but where do you do that? I've scoured every inch of every aspect of my account and do not see this option, unless I'm blind.

"What is the Generative Credits Add-on plan?

The Generative Credits Add-on plan allows you to increase the number of monthly generative credits. You may purchase multiple Generative Credits Add-on plans and the number of generative credits will be additive to the existing number of generative credits in the underlying subscription. The monthly renewal day for each of the Generative Credits Add-on plans will be associated with the start date for each plan purchased. The Generative Credits Add-on plan can only be added to an existing paid plan.

Free Creative Cloud, Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Express users can subscribe to a new paid plan to continue creating Firefly-powered assets."

Given nobody has answered this by now, I'm assuming said credit add on packages do not actually exist.

It appears there may be details that were overlooked:

Starting January 17, 2024, we will begin enforcing generative credit limits on select plans, including but not limited to Adobe Firefly. For a limited time, Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, and Adobe Stock paid subscribers won't be subject to generative credit limits, even though they'll see the counter on the account page.

Check back after April 1, 2024, to learn when credit limits will apply to other plan types.

Fair enough, but there's still no option for purchasing add on credits, so why do they say it when it isn't so? Guess I won't worry about the credits ticking down then. Thanks.

The plan is to eventually offer them, but given the update Bojan provided - the process is delayed. Since there currently is no limit, why concern yourself with this until they actually do enforce the limits?

I recently reached that limit and I'm not able to do anymore generative AI until next month. There still isn't that option for that I can see for add-on plans.

@leonard_9689

You responded to a post from March, and things have changed since then. Kevin was correct five months ago when he said that "currently" there was no limit. Adobe has now set a limit that resets after a month.

As to the add-on plans, I could find nothing about it but have reported that page to the developers and asked for clarification.

Well it's past that date, and I still don't see it.
