Generative AI missing or failing.

Gday I have found PS to be misbehaving badly since updates. Both PS and PS Beta.
Generative AI bar dissapears and can only be restored with reinstall. 
When is does appear it hangs on 100% and shows NO results. Just churns over.

Please fix.

The toolbar is called the Contextual Task Bar and can be found at the bottom of the Window menu.

I've move your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to Photoshop for you.
