Generative Expand not working for me in v25.12

I am doing a simple Generative Expand crop to expand the side of an image. I end up with transparent backgrounds on both sides. Any idea why this is happening? I've done this many times before without issue.

Hi @bobbyizq check your Crop tool options at the top and make sure "Generative Expand" is the Fill option not "background"
