I understand the generative fill' feature is not available in China/Hong Kong. When will this feature be available in Hong kong?

I suspect its partly political and partly technical- Adobe sends AI requests to its servers, and Hong Kong is behind China's Great Firewall. A lot of the Western Internet is unavailable in China.
