Generative fill error

some months ago, i used well, the gereative fill ai, but nowdays i get an error "please check the internet connection" updated ps to the latest restart

please help me

Click on Inbound Rules. Make sure that you allow on both Private and Public for Adobe Photoshop 2024 and Creative Cloud. 

 

Click on Outbound rules. Look for "Adobe Unlicensed Pop-up". Click on it and then click Disable Rule. 

Then relaunch Photoshop and try the Generative Fill again.

i did everything, but finally this step:

Click on Outbound rules. Look for "Adobe Unlicensed Pop-up". Click on it and then click Disable Rule. 

Then relaunch Photoshop and try the Generative Fill again.

This does not work in a high security environment controlled by domain policies. Try again!!!! It appears to be more of a proxy issue where generative ai attempts to hit the internet without going through the proxy. However there does not appear to be a way to configure the proxy settings for photshop generative ai. Creative Cloud uses the proxy and connects to resources no issue. WHY does generative ai not follow the same path through the proxy server???????????????

I have the same issue. My corporate network firewall is blocking generative fill - but I am not sure which addresses and ports I should give to network administrator for the exception. I cannot use direct access to web due to policies but need to access generative fill

Exactly. I used to design and edit the feature images for my site seamlessly using Firefly, as you can see in Priceinfo.pk. It was a wonderful experience to save time and work fast, but in the past few days, it started showing errors and glitches while working; sometimes, it exhausted me. And now the answer is not satisfying for most of the users.
Please provide us with a better and permanent solution.
