Generative fill greyed out

I believe this was previously beta and people had the greyed out option and some fixes were to do with age verification.

is this still an issue?

im in corporate env and have version 25.

works for a user but another it does not.  always greyed out.

no option to enter age at the website behance.

user has creative cloud installed but we block alot of the content, but generat fill does works for another.

ive basically run out of things to try.

any suggestions please?

@glamorous_sincerity00859 if you are in an enterprise managed environment - the Age restriction doesn't apply. Your IT needs to make sure they are not blocking IPs needed for Gen Fill. This doc lists the urls.

If you still are having issues connecting - have your Admin file a ticket through the Admin console support page. They can check the deployments and settings in the console to address.

yes always possible something being blocked but her colleague is working fine so shouldnt really be that issue

Does the effected user have something selected? Can you supply screenshots and system info from the help menu?
