Generative Fill produced a bubble not a cloud

I'm using the most recent version of Photoshop. I started with a blue gradient. Selected the entire canvas and asked for "blue sky with one cloud"

I got this:

"one fluffy cloud" actually gave me a cloud.

Firefly might need some more training on the difference between bubbles and clouds
