Are any of the input images we use the generative fill tool on stored, or used to train models? (whether it's through Adobe Firefly or Photoshop 2024 built-in tool) Thanks!

No. They're processed, returned and deleted immediately.
They are watermarked through Content Credentials, so it will always be traceable that the image was created by AI and not a person.
