I wanted to try "generative filling" but I keep getting the error message "Check your internet connection and try again" - even though of course my internet connection works fine and I'm even logged into my Adobe account. Does anyone have the same problem and ideally a solution for it?

Hi

I've tested the suggested solution

If your firewall requires an executable file, specify PDApp.exe, which is located here:

Windows: Program FilesCommon Files Adobe OOBE PDApp core

https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/vact/ping
from here I cannot get PONG
in fact if I disable the windows' firewall, all works well

can you tell me what are the files to add in the firewall in addition to the suggested one?

thanks

Hi there! Could you please share a screenshot of the error you're encountering? Additionally, could you go to Help > System Info, save the details as a .txt file, and share it here or via DM? Thank you!
