Generative Filling - Check your internet connection and try again

I wanted to try "generative filling" but I keep getting the error message "Check your internet connection and try again" - even though of course my internet connection works fine and I'm even logged into my Adobe account. Does anyone have the same problem and ideally a solution for it?

That will be nothing to do with it AT ALL all these issues and more happened since last update but were ok before it

It must be a bug as sometimes i get it and my connection is ok and perfect
