OK, I have been forced to have my eyes burned by the hidious, tacky image of that woman in nauseating pink and teal colors for years now. every time I open up the program. I would think they could at least have some decent taste to put up an image that is good. New version? Same old ugly art? Seriously...

At this point, that was two start screens ago. The start screens for Photoshop 2020 and 2021 both have different customer art on them. If you don’t mind looking at pink flamingos, that’s what in the customer art for the current version.

Go to your shortcut and add [space]-NoSplash at the end.  That is, put a space after the end of the shortcut and paste

-NoSplash

This worked for me on Photoshop but not Premiere.

I think that works when launching the application cold, but not when you launch by opening a document.

I'm no big fan of these images myself (I'm trying to be polite) - but we have to live with it for now. I absolutely agree there should be a preference to disable the splash screen. That's pretty common in other software, even Lightroom has an option to turn it off.
